What are your products made of?


All of our necklaces are made from 100% silk cord ( .98mm) made in Germany. Our metal charms are lead free .999 silver plated pewter and 24k gold plated pewter made in the USA unless noted otherwise in the details section of each item. Necklace clasps and rings are silver plated brass. We cannot guarantee that our jewelry is completely nickel free as some parts may be made in facilities that use nickel. Bracelets are made with elastic cord and glass beads.




Can I customize my word bracelet?


Yes! We offer a custom option that allows you to have your special word that encourages you. We allow up to 10 letters and a # number (Bubble letters only), heart or space count as a letter. It is only offered under Custom Bracelet, Perle Bead Bracelet and Semi-Precious Stone Bracelet. In the past we offered a wider degree of customization for both block and bubble letter word bracelets, but to be more efficient, we have created a WORD BANK with 30 popular words for you to choose from. The sliding knot satin cord bracelet for men and women allows you to choose your word up to 10 letters. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, we do not allow profane or negative words and reserve the right to decline words. If checkout has already happened, we will issue a refund to you.




Do you sell charms separately?


No, we do not sell our charms separately.




Are your items suitable for small children/babies?


Due to the delicate, small nature of our jewelry, they may pose a choking hazard to babies and small children. Our jewelry is intended for 10 years +.




How long will my order take to make before shipping?


Each jewelry piece is made to order by hand. Please allow between 3-5 business days turnaround for your order from when it is placed. We will always do our best to create and ship out your orders to you as quickly as possible. It is our core value to be efficient and get your order to you quickly so that you can start enjoying them right away! If you have a larger order, we will communicate to you a reasonable time table of when to expect your shipment. We value and appreciate our customers! Thank you!




How long does shipping take?


USPS First Class mail: 5-7 business days. USPS Priority mail: 1-3 business days.




Can I swim or shower with my bracelets or necklace on? [How to care of my jewelry]


To maintain the longevity and happy life of your beloved word bracelet or silk necklace, we do not advise any contact, submersion or washing of either jewelry piece in water. We also recommend avoiding lotions, perfumes, liquids, sunscreens, bug repellent, heat, etc. For best care of your necklace, we recommend laying it on a flat, dry surface to prevent wrinkling/creasing/folding. Washing the delicate silk cord will ruin the vibrancy of its color and may cause irreversible damage to the threading. Charms and lobster clasps/rings are silver plated brass so the plating can wear off over time or with frequent use. For best care of your bracelet, you can store in the pouch it comes in or lay on a flat, dry surface.

1. We include a tracking number via USPS that will be emailed to you when your order ships. *Seller is not responsible for lost packages, but we will try to help you locate it via usps. 2. We reserve the right to decline custom words and will refund your money if this happens. 3. Prices are subject to change without notice. 4. Since this is a handmade jewelry & goods shop, no two items will be identical even though you may order multiple items of the same kind. Rejoice in its uniqueness just as your finger print is unique to you! Beads and charms may have slightly different finishes, markings and/or slight imperfections. These give them their distinction. Additionally, depending on the availabilty of parts from suppliers, there may be some minor differences from what is displayed on our website and social media. In the event that we change suppliers or there are unforeseen supplier shortages, comparable quality parts will be substituted. 5. If you have a special request, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to accomodate it without any guarantees. 6. We do not allow any refunds/returns due to allowing much customization in the process of your order (ie: wrist size, bead color, cord color, etc). If we made a mistake or an item is defective, we will swiftly work towards a remedy. Seller will pay for the item to be returned and ship back out to you. Please be aware that natural wear and tear is not considered to be a product defect or mistake made by seller. 7. If a bracelet or necklace needs repair, please email customer support at: crownandkeydesignstudio@gmail.com for a repair estimate and shipping information/details. Buyer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to us securely (getting tracking confirmation is encouraged). 8. What do I do if something happens to my bracelet or necklace?


If something should happen to your bracelet or necklace within 30 days of your purchase, email us at crownandkeydesignstudio@gmail.com and we will be happy to give you a complimentary repair or replacement. After 30 days, we charge a small fee for the repair. (Buyer pays for shipping item to us). Please email us at: crownandkeydesignstudio@gmail.com for a repair estimate.




Do you offer free shipping?


Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $35 (*subtotal must hit $35 at checkout).




How do I measure my wrist size?


For the most comfortable size, we recommend using the wrist that you will wear your bracelets. Take the tape measure just below the ball joint of your wrist and make note of the measurement where it meets the 0. For a looser fit, one finger should fit inside. You want your bracelet to fit comfortably-not too tight nor too loose.




Do you offer men's jewelry?
